Project Background
Project Location: Philippines
Project Nature: Resource Processing of Construction Waste
Main Goal: Through sorting technology, recycle the reusable resources in construction waste, reduce the dependence on landfills, and realize resource recycling.
Project Overview
Construction Time: The project started in 2022 years, and after about 3 months of construction and commissioning, it was officially put into operation at the end of 2022 years.
Processing Capacity: The project can process about 500 tons of construction waste per day (the specific output can be adjusted according to actual conditions).
Sorting Technology:
The intelligent sorting equipment independently developed by Guoxin Group is adopted, combined with manual assisted operation.
Technical Coverage: Crushing, screening, magnetic separation, wind separation and other processes.
Processing Flow:
Front-end processing: After the construction waste enters the processing line, it is initially crushed by the crushing equipment.
Screening Stage: Use vibrating screens to grade and screen the materials, and classify and process materials of different sizes.
Metal Separation: Separate iron materials through magnetic separation equipment to achieve metal resource recovery.
Light Material Separation: Use wind separation system to separate light materials (such as plastics, wood, etc.).
Finished product classification: The sorted sand, gravel, metal, combustibles, etc. will eventually be recycled and used for the production of recycled building materials, resource recycling, etc.
Actual operation
Since the project was put into operation, the equipment has been running stably, the sorting purity has reached more than 90%, and the resource utilization rate has exceeded 80%.
The project also cooperates with the local government and environmental protection departments to regularly carry out operation monitoring and technical optimization to ensure long-term benefits.
The processed construction waste resource products are widely used in road construction and construction projects in the Philippines, promoting the sustainable development of the local economy.
