The C&D Waste sorting and crushing line process core is realizing the resource utilization and regeneration of construction waste. The goal is to sort the mixed C&D into different categories of recycled raw materials. And process them into reusable aggregates through crushing. The complete process is mainly divided into five stages: Pre-processing, sorting, crushing, screening, and transport/warehouse.

The sorted inert aggregates(concrete, bricks and tiles) need to be further crushed and processed into aggregate particle sizes that meet the recycling standards, divided into three levels: coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing.

The processed recycled aggregates will be sorted in finished product warehouses according to particle size specifications, waiting for external transportation. The main recycling purpose includes:

5-30mm  coarse aggregates: used for preparing recycled concrete, producing cement bricks, permeable bricks, slope protection bricks and other building materials.

0-5mm fine aggregate: used as a substitute for natural sand for mixing mortar and making permeable concrete.

Slag and dust: used for road subgrade backfilling and site leveling.
