Principle of garbage air separation machine:
The wind separation device is mainly used for the automatic sorting of lightweight materials (paper, PELD plastic film, etc.) with lighter specific gravity in urban domestic garbage. The system uses air ducts as a link to connect the blower, air separation box, rotary separator, pulse bag dust collector and induced draft fan as a whole. The blower set at the bottom of the air separation box and the induced draft fan configured by the pulse belt dust removal system form air flow, thereby realizing the wind (blowing) suction selection and wind conveying functions of lightweight materials. The system layout is flexible, the system wind pressure loss is small, and the air separation efficiency is high.

The air volume and air pressure of the blower/induced draft fan are matched. Under the maximum and minimum air volume conditions, the system works smoothly. When handling garbage with low moisture content, dust can be effectively prevented. The internal space and structure of the air separation box and separator have good aerodynamic characteristics, which can effectively separate lightweight materials from garbage and air. The processing capacity of the air separation system matches the workload, and the air separation efficiency is ≥85%.
The air duct of the air separation system is rolled with galvanized steel plates. After rust removal (rust removal level Sa2.5), each steel component is sprayed with epoxy zinc-rich primer, epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint and aliphatic polyurethane topcoat, and the anti-corrosion level is C4-M.
