What does decoration waste include?

Now construction waste can be recycled through resource processing, and so can decoration waste. However, since the composition of decoration waste is relatively messy and some cannot be reused, some decoration waste still needs to be landfilled and reduced. Generally, the decoration waste generated by personal decoration can be placed directly at the designated location of the property and handled by the property; if the property does not handle it, it is necessary to negotiate with the decoration company or find other demolition companies, but this requires demolition costs. Of course, if you want to deal with it yourself, you can also take your time and energy to do it slowly. Although it will be very tiring and dirty, it doesn't cost much. So, how should the centralized decoration waste be handled? The garbage will be transported to a nearby garbage treatment plant by professionals. The treatment plant will have a complete set of decoration garbage treatment resource production lines, which will crush, screen and classify the garbage, and have a complete set of treatment methods. Among them, large pieces of garbage are crushed and separated from light materials, metals and aggregates. Some light materials can be burned to generate electricity, and metals can be recycled. Aggregates are combined with appropriate amounts of brick-making raw materials to make environmentally friendly recycled bricks, and the rest cannot be used and need to be landfilled. But at this time, the amount of landfill is much less than before treatment, which is called garbage recycling reduction.

How to deal with facade decoration garbage?

1. Excavation and transportation.

Use an excavator to dig out the old mixed garbage from the garbage disposal site and transport it to the hydrolysis acidification tank where it is piled up in the screening site.

2. Deodorization and sterilization

The excavated old garbage and leachate should be immediately deodorized, disinfected and cleaned reasonably to avoid secondary pollution and harm to the natural environment.

3. Pre-screening

According to the continuous feeding of the small shovel into the unloading bin, the raw materials in the hopper slide into the pre-screening screen. The pre-screening screen can screen out the raw materials according to the particle size of the raw materials. The raw materials with large particle size are transported to the accumulation place of building decoration materials through the conveyor belt, and the raw materials with small particle size are dispersed on the feed conveyor belt through the feed plate and transported to the next process.

4. Magnetic separation equipment

According to the dry magnetic separator (including electromagnetic inductor, corrugated rubber conveyor belt, chute, metal material collector, etc.), the raw materials on the conveyor belt absorb the magnetic metal materials mixed in the mixed waste and quickly sort them into a special collector to complete the recycling of metal material resources.

5. Primary air separator

According to the requirements of the fan, the relatively light plastic products can be separated, which improves the quality after the screening process.

6. Vibrating screen

By screening the gravel, humus and humus under the sieve, the gravel and humus with a particle size less than 40mm are screened, and then the fine screen machine is re-screened according to the conveyor belt.

7. Careful selection

The materials under the screen selected by the vibration screen are small-sized gravel and humus, which can be used to make compound fertilizer, or directly used for greening and windbreak and sand fixation; the gravel containing soil on the screen can be used as landfill soil, backfill soil for deep foundation pits of construction projects, or other building materials.

8. Secondary air separator

The materials with a particle size of more than 40 mm separated by the vibration screen enter the air separation bin through the conveyor belt. The air pressure generated by the centrifugal fan is used to blow light bags, plastic bottles, tire rubber powder, glass slag and other materials into the specific gravity screen to completely throw the materials out. Among them, the lighter bags are directly fed into the bag collector at the end of the proportional screen under the effect of wind speed, and enter the automatic baler through the slide. Other heavier materials fall into the proportional screen.

9. Proportional selection

The process of proportional selection is to classify the air-selected materials according to their proportions.

10. Manual express sorting

Collect the oversized materials and waste batteries from the raw materials selected in each process flow.
