For different types of garbage, garbage sorting technologies can be divided into the following categories:
1. Wind selection
The basic principle of wind sorting is that the airflow carries lighter materials upwards or horizontally towards farther places, while heavy materials settle due to the inability of the rising airflow to support them, or are thrown out at a closer distance in the horizontal direction due to inertia. The wind sorting process is based on the settling law of various solid particles in the air, mainly used for sorting recyclable components such as paper and plastic.
2. Magnetic Separation
Magnetic separation technology can be applied to the classification of mineral resources in garbage. After entering the sorting space of the magnetic separator, materials are subjected to magnetic and mechanical forces (gravity, centrifugal force, water flow force, etc.). Materials with different magnetic properties are subjected to different magnetic forces and move along different paths. Due to the different paths of mineral particle movement, magnetic and non-magnetic products or products with strong and weak magnetism can be obtained.

3. Bounce sorting
Bouncing sorting machine is a device with separation function designed for sorting inorganic particles in garbage after rough crushing. This machine utilizes the characteristics of crushed garbage materials, and the conveyor belt is designed with a bouncing function to separate inorganic particles or other hard particles while conveying the materials. The separated particles move in the opposite direction to the conveyed materials to achieve the purpose of sorting. Bounce sorting mainly involves selecting components such as batteries, ceramics, and bricks.
4. Density sorting
Mainly sorting based on the density of objects, classifying garbage with different density values.
5. Automatic sorting
The intelligent waste automatic sorting technology combines mechanical, automatic control, microbiological and other means to classify mixed domestic waste into super large pieces of waste, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics and foam materials, flexible strips, perishable organics, incorruptible organics, masonry glass, silt, waste batteries, landfill and other materials. The waste recycling rate reaches more than 85%, and the sewage, dust and bacteria in the treatment process can be effectively treated and controlled.

Garbage sorting technology is a front-end technology for garbage treatment, which is an essential program for the reuse of resources and the subsequent processing chain of garbage treatment. Intelligent Machinery is committed to the resource utilization and classification of construction waste and household waste, utilizing the core competitiveness of screening and sorting technology. Centered around the eight words of "intelligence, efficiency, energy conservation, and environmental protection", it provides complete technical solutions and equipment for various solid waste treatment and reuse projects under the circular economy.
