Process flow of automatic sorting line for decoration waste
1. Initial screening: After manual sorting, the decoration waste materials are loaded into a vibrating feeder by a loader. The materials with gaps smaller than the grid bars are screened by a grate and transported to the magnetic separator for iron screening by a belt conveyor. The materials with larger particle sizes are directly transported to the crusher inlet for crushing treatment;
2. Primary crushing: Materials larger than the sieve particle size are transported to the crusher, and after multi-stage crushing, they are further separated by a magnetic separator for iron removal. The separated magnetic metals such as steel bars are transported to the outside of the equipment by a belt conveyor and wait for recycling;

3. Primary sorting: The iron removed aggregate and the initially screened and transported aggregate are mixed at the air separation equipment, and the lightweight materials such as plastic, paper, wood chips, etc. in the material are separated by the wind force of the air separation machine. Building aggregates can be recycled, and lightweight materials can be packaged and processed;
4. Closed loop cycle: The decoration waste undergoes a complete set of crushing, screening, and impurity removal processes under the above treatment. Slightly larger materials can be returned and reprocessed through a return conveyor belt, forming a closed-loop cycle to improve crushing efficiency;
5. Harmless production: The production site is equipped with noise reduction and dust removal equipment such as fog cannons and sprinkler trucks to minimize dust and secondary pollution during the construction and decoration waste disposal process, avoiding adverse effects on the surrounding environment and achieving harmless and environmentally friendly production.
