1、 Chain plate feeder+fabric feeder
The plate feeding fabric machine is composed of a chain plate feeding conveyor and a uniform fabric spreader. The garbage is transported to the head feeder by a plate feeder, and after several cycles, the required fabric effect is obtained. At the same time, the material flow rate is controlled to achieve better usage effect.
2、 Magnetic separator
When garbage passes under the fixed magnetic separator magnet, the magnetic substance is adsorbed onto this conveyor belt and moves along with it. When the magnetic substance is sent to the small magnetic area, it automatically falls off, thereby achieving the recovery of the magnetic substance.
3、 Drum screen
The shaftless drum screen is a universal screening equipment for comprehensive sorting of household waste, used for grading materials. Control the particle size of materials through the size of sieve holes for grading.

4、 Plate selection sieve
The role played in the production line is to grade materials and remove debris, using multi axis rotation to push materials forward along the screen surface, while the rapid rotation of the screen disc loosens the materials. Materials smaller than the gap between the sieve holes are subject to their own weight and the rotational force of the sieve disc, falling through the gaps between the sieve shafts. Materials larger than the gap between the sieve holes remain on the sieve surface and continue to move forward, falling into the conveyor belt to achieve the purpose of screening.
