Project Location: Tunisia

Project Nature: Domestic Waste Sorting and Resource Treatment.

Main Goal: Through sorting and resource technology, improve the recycling rate of domestic waste, reduce landfill, and promote the development of Tunisia's environmental protection industry.

Project Overview

Construction Time: The project started in Tunisia , took about 3 months to complete construction and commissioning, and was officially put into operation.

Processing Capacity: Daily processing capacity is about 300-500 tons of domestic waste (adjustable according to specific circumstances).

Technology and Process:

Adopt the efficient waste sorting system independently developed by Guoxin Group, and optimize it in combination with local needs.

Process Flow: Multiple processes such as bag breaking, screening, air separation, magnetic separation, and manual sorting are linked.

Processing Flow:

Bag breaking and coarse screening: After the domestic waste enters the system, the garbage bag is first opened by the bag breaking equipment, and coarse screening is performed to separate large pieces of garbage and organic waste.

Magnetic Separation: Use magnetic separation equipment to recover iron and other metal materials in domestic waste.

Wind sorting and light material separation: Use wind sorting technology to separate light materials such as plastics and paper to improve resource utilization efficiency.

Manual sorting: For special garbage (such as glass, textiles, etc.), manual fine sorting is carried out.

Organic waste treatment: The separated organic waste can be used for composting or anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas.
